About Muslim Aid Bangladesh

Muslim Aid Bangladesh short form is MAB which is UK based Organisations. Which is registered under Ministry of Social Welfare on 6th November 2004. Muslim Aid Bangladesh is a non-profit, non-political voluntary organization. It is licensed by Microcredit Regulatory Authority (MRA) of Bangladesh Government. MAB licenced on 21st January 2009 by Bangladesh Government.  Muslim Aid Bangladesh is working at the root level community keeping close relationship with government institutions and regulatory bodies.

Muslim Aid Bangladesh performed its Micro Credit Program from 1993. MAB main ambition and vision to help the poorest section in the community.  Another ambitions is to reduce the poverty line of the country. Muslim aid Bangladesh extended the operation by staring small and medium enterprises, agro based Microfinance and a special Micro Finance project for the people. MAB made its Partnership with Islamic Development Bank and Institute of Micro Finance. It also made a partnership with Credit Development Forum.

Islamic Microfinance Programme

Muslim Aid Bangladesh is the Pioneer of Islamic Microfinance program based on ‘Shariah’ principles. It is emphasis for work equitable and justifiable resource distribution in any situation and social development. It has many program which is purely a social mission intended to economically empower poor and low income people. The Islamic microfinance products are which is provide MAB implementing are included Qard-hasana, Bi-Muajjal-though planning for Murabaha and Musharaka.

At present, MAB has 16 training programme. MAB has also dealing 29,410 Clients from 1,015 villages and 31 districts of Bangladesh.  They have 45 branches under 04 Regional Offices having many staff in.

Requirements for Muslim Aid Bangladesh Trainee Officer

Age will be 23 to 30 years

Masters of Finance/Accounting/Management/Marketing/ Economics and Development Studies will get preferance.

Good oral and written communication skills with typing in Bangla and English.

Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information.

Able to work independently to provide all program related support to MAB Head Office & Regional office.

Must have good knowledge in MS Office, MS Excel, Power Point, Internet.

Ability to work under pressure and Multitasking.

Not to engage in any kind of anti-social and anti-state activities.

Energetic, confident and proactive also trustworthy, Tact & diplomacy.

Responsibilities & Context

Check the on-site beneficiary selection.

 approve the Online & off line admission process and have to done properly.

Properly issue the member passbooks and approve properly,

 Keeping record and ensure update the software process.

Monitoring your official sector.

Make sure to implement many development programme.

Salary for Trainee Officer

Muslim aid Bangladesh provide attractive salary for their employees. MAB  trainee officer Salary will be in probation period 27,500. After probation period many opportunity and benefits will be provided with salary.
